Walk That Dinosaur...

As soon as I saw this 'No Bones About It' stamp set in the new Annual catalogue, I knew I had to have it!!  

The papers for this card were from the Bohemian DSP.

I saw this layout on Pinterest, and so this is my starting point!  

I love these dinosaurs, and am looking forward to having another play with them soon!

Cucumber Crush Birthday...

I was looking to have a play with some of the new colours (not so new now!) and this is what I came up with. 

  

I think it looks quite fresh with the Cucumber Crush.

I double stamped the sentiment, to give it a shadow - not sure if I like it - it makes my eyes go a bit funny!!

I think I still prefer the original black with Tip Top Taupe - which do you prefer?

Butterfly Basic Birthday...

Here is a version of  a card that has appeared a lot on Pinterest.  It's so simple, but I think it looks really effective.

The butterfly has been cut out using the Butterflies Thinlits, and then has been re-stamped inside the card.

A little bit of hand-doodling finishes off the edging.

This is a great card to have 'in reserve' as it is very quick and easy, and could suit a number of different occasions just by changing the sentiment.
