Oh Christmas Tree...

This is my second version of this shaker style card, inspired by Allie Joliffe.

The colour combination for this one is Pear Pizazz (which is my current favourite!) and Real Red.

These are great fun to make, and I'm sure anyone would be glad to receive a card like this to place on their mantelpiece at Christmas!

Christmas Wishes

I first saw these cards on my SU team Facebook page, designed by fellow 'Jem' Allie Joliffe.

I've used the SU Shaker Frames to make the shaker windows, but because my window was larger than the frames, I cut them to shape them easier.  Although this was a bit of a faff (no other word really works here!), I think it was still easier than using straight foam pads.  The colour combination for this one is Pear Pizazz and Lost Lagoon.

I've used the Festival of Trees photopolymer stamp set and the matching punch, which can be bought separately, or as a bundle to save 15%.   The sentiment comes from the Endless Wishes photopolymer set.  Click on the product images below for more details, or to go to my online shop.

This Week's Card Club...

We used the Kinda Eclectic set of stamps and made four cards - two of each design.

Washi Tree...

Here is my first Christmas offering!  This card uses the Festival of Trees stamp and punch bundle and the snowflakes from the Endless Wishes stamp set.  Both are from the Autumn/Winter catalogue,

The colours are Pear Pizazz and Smokey Slate, and I have use the All is Calm Washi Tape.

This card is part of the mini Christmas stamp-a-stack in October - if you'd like to find out more, just contact me ali.cornish303@hotmail.co.uk.

Only 14 weeks to go!!!

Kinda Eclectic Birthday...

Last Kinda Eclectic post for a while before I move in to Christmas!!!

The top two photos are of the same card, and the bottom two photos are slightly different.

I think there are 5 differences between them - how many can you spot?

I'm looking forward to decorating some of the SU Kraft notebooks with this stamp set as I think they would make great pressies for people.

Right, now to get my Christmas thinking hat on (surprisingly it's red with a white trim!) as there are only 15 more weeks until Christmas.  In crafting time, that's really not a lot!!

Thanks for popping by - pop back again soon for some Christmas inspiration!

More Kindness...

As promised, here is another Kinda Eclectic card - it's a monochrome card this time which I tried after seeing Diane's cards at Stamp With Bee.  It's not normally something I would try, but the new In Colors are so strong, that I think they can hold their own on a card!

I've added a bit of extra bling on this one with sequins in the sun!!!  Can't wait to see what Blackberry Bliss will look like on it's own!  What's your favourite of the new colours?

Will be back soon!
