Have a Jolly Christmas...

Well, this is it!  One more sleep to go!  Here is my last Christmas offering, and I'd like to wish you all a Holly Jolly Christmas!!

When you join Stampin' Up! you become part of a team - I was lucky enough to choose Julie as my SU mum, which also means I am part of a wider team of 'Jems'.  There are so many lovely ladies within our team of Jems, and this great card has been CASED from the very talented Sarah-Jane Rae over at Cards and a Cuppa.

Pictures don't really give it justice - it is much more sparkly in real life!

Well, that's me done - I'm now off to finish the last few bits of wrapping so have a wonderful Christmas!!

The Cutest Little Reindeer...

This cute little chap has been making lots of appearance on Pinterest this year, and I just had to join in!!  Hard to believe he started life as a little owl (if you haven't already seen - his head is made from the brilliantly versatile Owl Builder Punch!).

There is a great video and break down of which punches to use for which bits over at Dena Rekows blog.  As she describes it - "he is 'ridiculously cute!!"

I've used his little head for my gift tag and place setting as well this year. Too cute!

Hope you liked today's post, and I'll be back tomorrow for the last Christmas share!

A Merry Crumb Cake Christmas...

Here's another colour way of the earlier card - I've used the Christmas Greetings Thinlits dies for the sentiment.

I love the wooden Snowflake Elements and think they finish this card off perfectly.

Apologies again about the photos - blame it on the weather and the lack of real daylight (not the operator of the camera!!)

Well, only two more sleeps - I think I may have chance to squeeze one more little post in before chaos descends!

A Frosty Christmas...

Here is another offering using the Woodland Embossing Folder.  I love how cold and icy this makes you feel!

This embossing folder has been so popular that it is out of stock, however, the good news is that it will be coming back next year - whoop whoop!!

To get the coloured background, I just wiped the Soft Sky ink pad across the inside of the embossing folder before I put it though the Big Shot.

Hope you like it!!

Happy Dotty Christmas...

This card was made using the sponge daubers in Watermelon Wonder and Cucumber Crush and the patterned paper is from the Cherry on Top DSP.

The sentiment was created using the Alphabet Rotary Stamp and the snowflake is from the Autumn Winter catalogue.

I love how fresh this looks.

More Christmas treats to follow soon!!

Ollie's Boxes Part Two!!

Here are close ups of Ollie's boxes from the Christmas market.

The Curvy Keepsake Die is so versatile, and such fun to use.  These designs are all available to see on Pinterest, plus lots more!  On Christmas day, we always have a table present for everyone, so this year, whatever the present is, it has to fit in to these boxes - gives me an excuse to make some more!!  Does anyone have any fun ideas of what could be inside the boxes?

Apologies about the photos - it's really hard to get decent photos when the days are so short, and the weather is so bad!!

More piccies to follow soon!

Ollie's School Christmas Market...

It was Ollie's school Christmas market on Friday and all the children had to make things to be sold. Ollie wanted to use the Curvy Keepsake Die to make the cute Christmas boxes, so the week before, I went to school and made 46 boxes with Ollie and his friends.  The night before the market, Ollie told me there weren't enough penguins, so could I make some more.  What a dilemma - do I make more boxes, or do I do the housework?  Well, 6 more penguins later (!!), and they were ready to sell!

Here he is proudly selling his wares!!  As you can see, the penguins were the most popular as they had all sold before I even got there!

Here is his poster that he made to advertise.  If you watch the Apprentice, keep watching in a few years as you may see Ollie again!!!  He got quite a buzz from his money making enterprise.

Thanks for dropping by!
