Beautiful Purple Wings...

Here is a picture that I was commissioned to make as a leaving present for someone who's favourite colour is purple!! Stampin' Up! have some beautiful colours in their ranges, and here is a perfect way to showcase the purple collection!

It has been made using the Beautiful Wings Embosslit die, which is excellent value for money as it is only £9.95 and gives you 5 different sized butterflies complete with embossed details - fab!!

The embosslit die can be used with the Sizzix Big Shot, and most die-cutting systems.

I can't decide if I like this more that the multi-coloured picture - which do you prefer?

Joyful Robin...

Here is another design using the Bird Builder Punch and the Wondrous Wreath stamp set.

The sentiment has been cut from the Wonderful Wreath Framelit Dies.

You can just about make out that the berries have been highlighted with Cherry Cobbler Dazzling Details.

This has been my first Christmas as a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, and I can honestly say, I've enjoyed making my Christmas cards more this year than ever before!!  I hope I can help to make your Christmas cards more fun too!!!

Wisteria Wonder Wishes...

This colour combination is Wisteria Wonder and Smokey Slate.

As in the previous colourway, I have only used two ink pads, but have 'stamped off' to create the two shades of purple.

I have since ordered Perfect Plum and Elegant Eggplant so these could have been used instead - well, they were on special!!

I would love to know which is you favourite colour combination - what other colour mixes have you tried?

Alternative Colour Combinations - Endless Wishes

Here are a couple of cards made using previous designs, but just changing the colours.  I love how simple these cards are (perfect for making a job lot at Christmas!), but I also like how different they can look just by changing the colour combination.

These are made with the Endless Wishes stamp set, plus Real Red and Crumb Cake ink pads.

The lightest snowflake has been stamped using Crumb Cake that was 'stamped off' on to scrap first to make it lighter, so I was able to have three colours, but only use two ink pads!

As before, I've added a bit of Christmas sparkle with some Rhinestones.
